This new Muse song – Madness – isn’t as horrible as I expected. My 17-year-old self is still crying a bit. My 17-year-old self would also punch me in the face for calling a synth pop ballad ‘not so horrible.’ 

Did the other two guys quit Muse? Because this sounds like Matthew Bellamy wrote it all by himself one lonely night on his laptop. I never would’ve thought that the guitar solo could be the worst thing about a Muse song.

Anyway, I have to go listen to Origin of Symmetry now.
