From HuffPo, the only tabloid I dare read:
Ohio’s latest experience with putting an inmate to death raises new question about the ability of states to carry out executions in constitutional fashion.
That’s putting it nicely. Apparently it took 26 minutes until the untested chemicals finally killed the convicted killer, while his adult children watched. The HuffPo article goes into more gruesome detail.
The “future” of the death penalty should be clear, in Iran, China, especially in these United States of America: Abolish it. It’s inhumane. Always.
