Not saying that I entirely agree, but on the day a group of uncooperative politicians shut down the government this quote seems very current. Especially because these politicians shut down the government and all the good it can potentially do over the attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act, something the people will actually benefit from, and something the people generally want, if you go by the way citizens voted in the 2012 election.

(Not saying Ms. Davis would agree with my use of this quote in this manner, either.)
