I speak and talk to the radio and the TV all the time. I say ‘that is not true’ and ‘you are lying through your teeth’ and ‘that cannot be so’. I keep up a running dialogue.

I gave up that argument quite some time ago. Now I follow journals, people and blogs that agree with me on how messed up everything is. We read together. We write together. We clench our fists together. But mostly we just shrug together.
